星 5 個のうち 5 個This was a digital download, so there was no shipping involved. Everything went smoothly, so there was no reason to contact the seller. I got the files immediately after sending my payment through PayPal, and did not have any issues with downloading, storing, or printing the file. Images are very high quality; high resolution, and I liked having the option of different color gradations for the "grayscale". I made a greeting card to give to a friend who just had a baby. Because my inkjet printer doesn't really accept heavy cardstock, it was printed on white 80 lb Springhill Bristol Vellum printer paper. I chose the multicolor option and used a combination of colored pencil, gel pen and watercolor. The image was cut out and glued to lightweight pink cardstock with added metallic stickers.
