► As each item is custom produced uniquely for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Korena Loves.

| MEASUREMENTS & MATERIALS
► Surgical Stainless Steel Pendant Diameter is 23 mm {.86”}
► Gold and Rose Gold chains are 18” Surgical Stainless Steel chain in a rolo design with lobster claw clasp
► Silver chains with the round pendant and the long 4 sided bar pendant are Surgical Stainless Steel chain in a rolo design with an adjustable clasp to 22"
► Chains on other necklace styles 18” Surgical Stainless Steel chain in a rolo design with lobster claw clasp
► Dog tags have a 22" ball chain with a ball chain clasp
► Do to sourcing and inventory restrictions it may be necessary for Korena Loves to on occasion substitute chains with these two different types of closures.
