If the purchase was made with free shipping, but the recipient failed to collect the package from the post office or did not react to my notification about having to collect the item, after the package comes back to me, I issue a refund with a EUR 9 deduction for the US and other non European countries and EUR 7 for European buyers to cover the shipping costs.

Personalized orders are not returned.

There is no tracking for the items shipped to Australia.

The buyer pays all custom duties and other taxes on the item.

I only ship to the address provided in Etsy order.

I refund shipping costs on returns in case I made a mistake sending a wrong item. I do not refund shipping costs on returns if the buyer failed to read the item description and is therefore unhappy with the purchase.

When you choose upgraded shipping, please leave your telephone number in the "note to seller" slot. If it is not provided, I will ship without it, and in case the package returns to sender as unclaimed and the buyer would like a repeated shipping, the shipping cost should be covered by the buyer. In this case, If a refund is made, only the cost of an item is refunded.
