Meu nome é Faiz. Nossa família trabalha na indústria de tapetes artesanais desde 1997. Meu pai começou nesse ofício em uma pequena oficina, onde criava belos tapetes tradicionais e tufados à mão.
Ingressei oficialmente neste trabalho em 2019. Cresci rodeada de tapetes, ferramentas e artesãos, e naturalmente desenvolvi uma paixão por esta arte. Com o tempo, aprimoramos nossas habilidades, nossos designs e nossa qualidade. Para nos conectarmos diretamente com clientes do mundo todo, criamos nossa loja, ArtRugsDesign.
Hoje, todos os tapetes em nossa oficina são feitos à mão, do início ao fim:
✔ 1. Criação de Design
Começamos por criar o design — moderno, abstrato, tradicional, marroquino ou qualquer design personalizado solicitado pelo cliente.
✔ 2. Processo de tufagem manual
O tecido do tapete é esticado em uma estrutura, e nossos artesãos especializados usam uma pistola de tufagem manual para criar o padrão.
✔ 3. Aparar e entalhar
Para dar ao tapete um acabamento limpo e detalhado, aparamos e esculpimos o desenho à mão.
✔ 4. Revestimento e Acabamento
Uma camada resistente de látex e um revestimento de tecido são aplicados para tornar o tapete durável e resistente.
✔ 5. Controle de Qualidade e Embalagem
Cada peça passa por uma inspeção minuciosa, depois é enrolada e embalada com segurança para envio internacional.

My name is Faiz . Our family has been working in the handmade carpet industry since 1997. My father started this craft in a small workshop where he created beautiful hand-tufted and traditional carpets.
I officially joined this work in 2019. Growing up around carpets, tools, and artisans, I naturally developed a passion for this art. With time, we improved our skills, our designs, and our quality. To connect directly with customers around the world, we created our shop ArtRugsDesign.
Today, every carpet in our workshop is made by hand, from start to finish:
✔ 1. Design Creation
We start by creating the design—modern, abstract, traditional, Moroccan, or any custom design requested by the customer.
✔ 2. Hand-Tufting Process
The carpet cloth is stretched on a frame, and our skilled artisans use a hand-tufting gun to create the pattern.
✔ 3. Trimming & Carving
To give the carpet a clean and detailed finish, we trim and hand-carve the design.
✔ 4. Backing & Finishing
A strong latex layer and fabric backing are applied to make the carpet durable and long-lasting.
✔ 5. Quality Check & Packaging
Every piece goes through careful inspection, then is rolled and packed safely for international shipping.
