I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

DAMAGES: Things I sell are new and good quality. I always pack them very carefully in safe packages. All conceivable damages can happen only while shipping. If something will happen with your order you can report this in the Post Office.
REFUND: I would be happy to return any item that you are not completely satisfied with. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. The item/s must be returned to me in its original unworn and resalable condition (this includes tags attached).
There is a 20% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted before refund is given. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

Shipping
I usually send things by post. Ready to ship items are mailed within 1-2 days of payment. International shipping takes usually between 10-21 business days.
If your country impose a custom tax, fee, levi or duties for importing an item into your country, you are responsible for these fees as a buyer. It is important to research your country's customs laws before buying.
