Do you ever ask your self a question: "Do I feel Happy? Do I like my job? Do i feel free?".
It was a time when I ask it my self every morning. I was an ordinary clerk in a position of credit manager in one of the international banks. It was just like all another jobs in office, but one thing I loved in it. I communicated with different entrepreneurs and asked them about there stories. How they start, who they where before business, & how they are feeling about it know. Ones one of that entrepreneurs sad to me: "Take your idea, and make in your mind small steps to it, after it wouldn't sound so unreal any more". It was just a matter of time to me, when I decided that I am ready to go forward, to build my own story.
I always loved leather goods, how they looks, feels and even there smell. I also loved to make presents, but it often so hard to find something good and original, especially for your bros. When we were going to a gym, o travel somewhere, we always hated to pack our shower gels, brushes and other stuff like that in plastic bags. If you ever face the problem when shampoo poured all over the bag and clothes you will understand me =). So I decided to do something that I and my bros always wanted - DOPP KITS =) When we made few for our friends and ourselfs, we ask ourself a question: "How did we lived all this years without it? It changed our life" =)
So I decided to change my life in more extreme way. I moved to my grand fathers native city to make my dream life true. I was starting from Dopp kits, but later I realised that my true passion is backpacks. I started to digging trying to find best designers and small handmade workshops of backpacks. Now in my shop you will find backpacks from chosen handmade brands, like Level and others, with whom I have close cooperation, to represent for you there best products.

We want you to love and enjoy the products you buy at Backpacks 4 Friends Etsy shop. But we are not generally encourage returns. Please read ours descriptions carefully. We've taken great care in photographing and describing all products to the best of ours ability. If you have any questions, we will respond almost instantaneously. Please contact us right away if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase. If your request is reasonable and within ours powers, we will do what we can to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping with Made 4 Friends. In case of return we refund price of bag without shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only on not used items. A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and item must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please carefully re-package your bag before shipping. You may reuse the same packing material as when it was shipped to you. Please use a solid box, not soft packaging like an envelope or it will arrive damaged. If a bag arrives back damaged due to careless packaging, it will not be accepted for return. If a bag arrives back and it clearly has been used, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please send your items back to us via a trackable courier as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to us.

Almost all products in our shop are ready to be shipped on the day, or the next day after order.
To US, Canada - By UPS Delivery time 3-5 business days. Your phone number will be needed for international delivery.
To Europe - We use First Class International shipping. Delivery time 5-7days.
To Australia - By UPS Delivery time 4-6 business days. Additional custom charges can be applied.

Our products are ship by Poczta Polska, and it takes 1-3 business days for delivery after shipment.

IMPORTANT: Please do not make a purchase via First Class Mail, if your purchase is time-sensitive (i.e. you need it for a birthday in 12 days) as these are approximate shipping times - anything from local public holidays to simple customs delay can slow post down, and I would HATE for you to be disappointed!!
