What sizes do you offer?

All apparel is available from Small to 3XL. Please check the size guide on each listing carefully before ordering as sizes can vary between styles. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit

Care instructions

How do I care for my garment?

Turn your garment inside out before washing. Cold wash, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Iron inside out and avoid ironing directly on the print. Follow these steps and your design will look sharp for years.

Why do the colours on my garment look slightly different to what I saw on screen?

Every screen — whether a phone, laptop, or desktop monitor — displays colours using light, which makes them appear brighter and more vivid than any printed product can reproduce. This is completely normal and affects every printed garment from every brand, not just ours.
What you receive will be a faithful, high quality reproduction of the design — the colours will simply be richer and deeper in tone rather than the bright, backlit version you see on a screen. In person, on fabric, the designs look excellent — many customers actually prefer how they look in real life to the digital version.
If you have any concerns about your order when it arrives please contact us directly and we will do our best to correct any issues.

Who are these designs for?

Honestly — anyone who loves dogs and appreciates a brand with personality. We get a lot of tradespeople and DIYers who see themselves in the designs, partners buying gifts for the grafter in their life, and dog owners who just want apparel that reflects how they actually feel about their dog. If any of that sounds like you, welcome.

When will my order arrive?

All garments are printed to order so please allow the production time shown on each listing before dispatch. We use quality print partners with fast turnaround and your order is tracked from dispatch to door.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or there is a problem with my print?

If your order arrives damaged or the print isn't up to scratch, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will replace or refund it immediately. No hassle, no back and forth, no argument. We stand behind every garment we sell and we'll always make it right. Your satisfaction isn't just important to us — it's non-negotiable.

Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

Because every garment in The Bark Factory is printed specifically for you the moment your order is placed, we're unable to accept cancellations or amendments once checkout is complete. Production begins immediately so please double check your size selection and shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If you have any concerns before placing your order we're always happy to help — just get in touch.
