Frequently asked questions
Do you accept Returns?
Since all of my items are made to order, I cannot accept returns, unless otherwise damaged or defective. I do not accept items for return or exchange if it has been washed or worn.
Do you accept Exchanges?
EXCHANGE POLICY: I want you to be happy with your order. I HANDLE EXCHANGES WITH SIZING ISSUES ONLY for NON CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS (if your order has any custom or personalization on it, it CANNOT be exchanged). With the exchange process, buyers are responsible for the return label and the new label to ship out.
How that process works is I will create a listing for you to purchase with the estimated shipping for both ways. Once that is paid I will send you the shipping label for return. Once your previous item is recurved, I will place your new item back in the embroidery line for embroidering (time of turn around will depend on how busy I am).
What if my Package gets lost?
I understand how frustrating this can be and have been on the receiving end of this before myself.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered, and since there is no way of me knowing whether or not you actually received it in this case, my hands are tied.
-Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
-If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
-Call your local PO and ask them to get a hold of your carrier to locate the missing package.
-Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
