星 5 個のうち 5 個I didn't need customer service, but I imagine if I had needed it the customer service would be as high quality as the notebook cover. I love my cover, and it dresses up a boring notebook and helps it stand out so it's not mistaken for someone else's. The one thing with the size is that it's not a universal A5; a moleskine cahier a5 notebook won't fit in it. Not a product issue, a purchaser oversight. The fact that you can get refills for the notebook easily is also fantastic.

星 5 個のうち 5 個Cute Cat Fabric Notebook Journal with Removable Cover, A5 Size, 120 Lined Pages. What a fantastic purchase. The fabric cover is carefully sewn, and it looks awesome. I took out the notebook and used the cover for my planner. I have no doubt it will withstand a year of intensive use. Communication with the seller was excellent. Thanks, Cindy!

Custom and personalized orders
I gladly accept custom order requests! Please feel free to contact me to receive a quote.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift boxes are included FREE with each jewelry item! We protect each item with a lovely kraft gift box with a Cindy Victoria Designs logo on the lid. We may also provide a small zip closure bag to protect the item during transit.
Shipping Policies: Within the US
For most items, I ship through USPS first class with tracking for any item shipped within the United States. Shipping upgrades are sometimes available for an extra cost. Please check individual listings for shipping methods and cost. Transit time from when I drop off the package at the post office to your front door varies depending on the destination. Usually it's within 2-6 days (*Not* including production time). If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, please send me a message immediately upon ordering and I will do my utmost to accommodate you.
Shipping Policies: International
For some items, I ship internationally through USPS. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Any customs fees, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
FEES, GST, and VAT: All items are shipped with indication of their full retail value for customs. Refunds due to unclaimed packages or items declined due to VAT charges are given once I receive your returned international order, *minus the original shipping cost*. Please consider possible customs fees before placing an order.
Fabric Face Masks Care Instructions
Please wash masks before use. Machine or hand wash after each use, hang to dry. I recommend fragrance free detergent if you are allergic to perfumes.
