Privacy Policy — CozySetPlanner. This policy describes how I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me about an order, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com and its related sites and services. It does not cover the practices of third parties I do not own or control, including Etsy; see the Etsy Privacy Policy at etsy.com/legal/privacy. To fulfill your order, you must provide me (via Etsy) with certain information such as your name, email address, postal/shipping address, payment information, and product details; you may also share additional information if you message me through Etsy Convos. I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including: as needed to provide my services (fulfilling your order, settling disputes, customer support); when you have given affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time (for example, by asking in a Convo to receive messages from me); to comply with legal obligations or court orders, such as retaining purchase records for tax law; and my legitimate interests not overridden by your rights, such as providing and improving my services and complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I share your information for limited reasons: with Etsy as necessary to provide services and comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use; with trusted third-party service providers (production/shipping) that perform functions for my shop — my Printify production partners, including Printify, Underground Threads, and Monster Digital, who receive only what is needed to print and ship your item — and I may share information with delivery/shipping companies; in connection with a business transfer, only to the extent permitted by law; and if I have a good-faith belief it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or government requests, enforce my agreements/terms/policies, prevent or address fraud and other illegal activity or security issues, or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and as described here; I may also retain information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I do not sell your personal information. I do not use your email to send marketing messages; I only contact you through Etsy about your order or to reply to a message you send me. I do not actively collect information from children under 13; if I learn I have collected such information, I will delete it. If you reside in the EU or certain other territories you may have rights including: access (contact me to receive a copy of the information I hold about you); change, restrict, or delete (I will generally delete your information upon request absent exceptional circumstances such as a legal obligation to retain it); object to my processing based on legitimate interests and to marketing messages after consent (I will delete the information unless I have compelling grounds or a legal reason to continue); and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. For purposes of EU data protection law, I (CozySetPlanner) am the data controller of your personal information. For questions or requests about your information, contact me through Etsy Convos at etsy.com/shop/CozySetPlanner.
