RETURNS:
Because this is a personalized item, there are no refunds or returns except if there is an error on the sellers part that cannot be rectified. Should there be an issue with your order, In most cases you will be asked to send a picture of the item/items through Etsy convo for review. You have 7 days after receiving the package to notify the seller of the issue so can be rectified.

CANCELLING, MAKING CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER:

We often process and ship orders the same day, so in order to cancel an order or make corrections, you must do so within 1 hour of purchase. If you need to correct an error that you made when placing the order if you notice after one hour of purchase, you may still have time to contact us to make changes if your order has not already been processed, then we will be happy to make any changes.


SHIPPING INFORMATION: SHIPS TO THE US ONLY

Sellers processing and handling time: within 3-10 business days after payment is received.

To prevent any delays in shipping please be clear, concise and make sure to double check your spelling and information before sending, as I cannot be responsible for any misinformation. Although shipping is 3-5 business days it is always best to order at least two weeks or more in advance before your event date just in case there are any shipping delays, damage or mistakes on either parties part that need to be corrected.

ALL ORDERS will be sent to the ETSY mailing address you have on file...please ensure that your address is correct before placing your order.

SHIPPING TO A TEMPORARY ADDRESS
If you would like your order shipped to another address other than the address on file, then you must go into your account and enter that address in as the shipping address before placing your order because it cannot be changed after the order has been placed
