3 out of 5 starsThe dress came folded up and stuffed in a small, soft plastic package. I would have expected a box, since it is a wedding dress. The bodice was bent as a result. There are also parts that aren't finished well, with threads sticking out. It is not as nice as in the photos. Also, the store says that the dress ships from California but it actually ships from China.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. All dresses are made-to-order based on each customer’s measurements. During international shipping, structured bodices may temporarily lose shape due to compression but return to form with proper steaming and hanging. For any finishing concerns, we always encourage customers to contact us so we can assist and resolve issues quickly. While our shop is registered in the US, we work with international production partners for custom tailoring. We value every customer and are always here to help. 💕

4 out of 5 starsI loved the dress but the color I chose red was brighter to my liking. The color red in the photo seemed different than what I received.

The dress you received is made in the red shade selected for the order, but I completely understand that colors can look different in person compared to images.
