If you aren't happy with your purchase, please inform me and send it back within 14 days of receipt (allowing for the fact that the product was NOT used) and your money shall be returned (excepting exchanges on transfer).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The goods made to order of the customer, under the customer's requirements (curtains, valances, Roman blinds) are non-returnable.

Items are made to order. We proceed to implementation after receiving the payment.
Realization time is 1-3 week.
We ship worldwide. All items are sent through the Poczta Polska System by A' Priority Registered Air mail' with tracking number. I will post the items to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested.
Please note that items shipped to the USA, Australia and all other countries outside Europe will take 14-30 working days to reach you. Shipments to European countries will take between 5-10 working days.
In some countries buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from International locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
