Nope! All items in my shop are digital downloads, nothing will be shipped. You’ll get instant access to your files right after purchase.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you a download PDF. In that PDF, there will be a template link, that will take you directly to canva editing space, along with some easy to follow steps.
I’m new to Canva, is it easy to use?
Absolutely! Canva is beginner-friendly. And the best part is, all the elements and fonts used in the templates are compatible with the Canva free version, so no need to deal with watermarks or payments. I also include simple instructions so you can start editing right away.
I bought the wrong item , can I exchange it?
Since these are digital products, I can’t offer refunds or cancellations once files are downloaded. But if you have any issues, message me, I’ll be there to help!
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you have a specific template idea or need something personalized, feel free to reach out, I’d love to hear what you have in mind.
Can I tweak colors, fonts, and layouts?
Yes, yes, and yes! You can change almost everything, making it perfectly yours.
