How do I get my template after purchase?
Right after payment, go to Etsy > You > Purchases and reviews, find your order, and click Download Files. You'll get a PDF with a link to your Canva template. Click the link and it opens in Canva. No shipping and no waiting, it's an instant digital download.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit my template?
No. A free Canva account is all you need. Templates work best when you edit them in Canva on a desktop or laptop. The Canva mobile app can open them, but the editing tools are more limited.
What can I edit in the template?
You can change the names, dates, times, venue, RSVP details, text colors, and fonts, and you can move or resize text. Some artwork and illustrations are fixed and can't be changed. Each listing photo shows what's editable.
What size are the templates, and can I get a custom size?
Invitations are 5 x 7 inches. Banners come in the sizes shown in the listing photos, such as 72 x 24 in or 60 x 36 in. Welcome signs are 18 x 24 in. Need a different size? Message me before or after you buy and I'll help.
How do I print my design?
In Canva, click Share > Download and choose PDF Print for the best quality. Then print at home or upload the file to any print shop. For large banners and signs, a local print shop or online banner printer works best.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files, I can't accept returns once a file has been downloaded. But if the file won't open, doesn't match the listing, or you can't edit it, message me within 7 days and I'll fix it or make it right.
What is included in your bundles?
Each bundle listing shows exactly which pieces you get, for example the invitation, banner, welcome sign, and thank you tag, all in the same design. Check the What's Included photo in the listing for sizes and pieces.
Can I use the designs for selling or resale?
Templates are for personal use only, like your own party or wedding. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files or the template links.
