How do I download my template after purchase?

Instantly! After your payment is confirmed, Etsy sends you an automatic download link. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files. You'll also receive an email with the download link. No waiting required — your templates are ready the moment you check out.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No! All eInviteStudioCo templates work with the FREE version of Canva. Just create a free account at canva.com, click your template link, and start editing. No paid subscription needed — ever.

What can I edit in the templates?

Everything! Change the name, date, time, location, RSVP details, colours, fonts, and even add your own photos (where photo placeholders are included). The templates are fully customisable to match your party perfectly.

What size are the invitations?

Each invitation is 5 x 7 inches (standard party invitation size). This works perfectly for both printing and digital sharing. The size is optimised for Canva editing and print quality.

How do I print my invitations?

Once you've finished editing in Canva, download your design as a PDF or JPG. You can print at home on cardstock, or take the file to any print shop — Officeworks, Kmart, Vistaprint, Snap Printing, or your local printer. I recommend 200gsm cardstock for a quality feel.

Can I send the invitation digitally instead of printing?

Absolutely! Download your design as a JPG or PNG from Canva and send it via WhatsApp, text message, email, or your favourite messaging app. Many parents love the convenience of digital invitations — no stamps, no envelopes, instant delivery.

I'm new to Canva. Will I be able to edit the template?

Yes! Canva is designed to be beginner-friendly — drag and drop, click and type. Each purchase includes a step-by-step editing guide to walk you through the process. And if you get stuck, just message me through Etsy and I'll help you out personally. 💛

Can I request a custom design?

I'd love to create something special for you! Message me through Etsy with your theme, colours, and any specific details you'd like included. Custom designs typically take 3-5 business days depending on complexity. Custom design fees vary — message me for a quote.

What is your refund policy for digital products?

Because digital templates are instantly downloadable and non-returnable, I'm unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues with your template (e.g., a broken link, missing file, or editing error), please message me and I'll resolve it immediately — your satisfaction matters to me!

How quickly do you respond to messages?

I respond to all Etsy messages within 24 hours (usually much faster!). I'm based in Australia, so I may be in a different timezone than you — but I always get back to you. For urgent custom order requests, mention "URGENT" in your message and I'll prioritise it.
