Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download links email from Etsy.
You can also access your downloads by going to: My Account > Purchases > Click on the download button next to the purchased item.
Do you offer refunds?

Digital Downloads & Custom Items: Due to the nature of digital products and custom-made physical items, we do not offer refunds on these purchases once delivered.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with any digital design that cannot be resolved through our customer support, we will gladly process a refund.
