Sono Scarlet, designer e produttrice di prodotti con sede a Perth, nell'Australia Occidentale. Presto attenzione ai problemi che le persone continuano a ignorare: la stessa confusione, passaggi superflui o lavori incompiuti, che si ripetono di continuo. Poi analizzo la causa della difficoltà e creo qualcosa che possa essere d'aiuto.
Il problema determina ciò che viene realizzato. L'obiettivo è sempre un prodotto utile che aiuti qualcuno a fare ciò per cui è venuto.
La prima raccolta è nata da progetti per clienti. Affronta richieste aggiuntive, feedback frammentari, accordi poco chiari, file di progetto e la verifica del lavoro prima dell'invio. I kit digitali riuniscono linee guida, esempi pratici e pagine di lavoro per aiutarti ad affrontare la situazione che ti si presenta.
Questo è il punto di partenza di Fixed That. Ci sono molte altre cose che non dovrebbero essere così difficili.

That question is where Fixed That begins.
I’m Scarlet, a designer and product maker based in Perth, Western Australia. I pay attention to the problems people keep working around: the same confusion, extra steps or unfinished job, over and over. Then I look at what’s causing the difficulty and make something that helps.
The problem determines what gets made. The aim is always a useful product that helps someone do what they came to do.
The first collection grew out of client project work. It tackles extra requests, scattered feedback, unclear agreements, project files and checking work before you send it. The digital kits bring together guidance, worked examples and working pages so you can work through the situation in front of you.
That’s the starting point for Fixed That. There are plenty more things that shouldn’t be this difficult.
