All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order or I am forced to stop working on your product due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

I do my best to show you the most accurate images of the product available. However, variations may occur between the online image and actual product due to differences in computer monitor or screen settings.

I gladly welcome custom orders! Do contact me if you wish to make a personalised gift or item.

For custom items, a listing will be specially created. You will have to purchase the listing which includes a mutually agreed description of the product. Maximum 2 revisions will be provided for the product design or quote layout. You will also receive updates on the progress of custom product.

If you would like me to letter a quote or word on an existing item that you own (e.g. photo or pair of shoes), please mail it to me. Shipping and handling charges for the item to me and back to your hands must be prepaid and insured by you.

If you are interested in an item that has been sold, do contact me and I would gladly provide a listing for you if possible.

All items may be subjected to customs inspection which may result in additional days.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional charges apply for express and priority delivery options.

Local orders (Singapore) will be shipped via registered Singpost unless opted out. Order will then be sent via non-registered SingPost (not advisable for risk of items being lost in transit).

International orders will be sent via via registered SpeedPost. Please indicate Speedpost standard (airmail) or Speedpost economy (surface mail / sea). Price differences and estimated delivery time differ based on provided options.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact me directly.

As a seller, it is my priority to properly pack each item and ensure it reaches the post office safely and in perfect condition.

However, I am not responsible for the items handled by the post office or for any packages lost in transit or are damaged during the mailing process. Do inform me if such occurrences occur as some coverage is provided by the postal office (SpeedPost Singapore). I will then assist you getting the compensation. No refunds or exchanges will be provided by me in such circumstances.

Please note: compensation by Speedpost is limited to selected destinations according to the International Postal Parcel regulations.

If you wish to get additional sizes for a print or product, please contact me and I would gladly adjust the size and colour (if applicable) according to your requests.
