International Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund. I cannot mark the purchased item as a gift. I cannot put a lower value on customs declaration on international orders. This is illegal and could result in large fines.
Returns & Exchanges.
All sales are final.
All items sold are vintage/antique and have been previously worn and loved. Slight wear is to be expected. We do our very best to point out any flaws in both the product description and photos, but tiny things may get overlooked occasionally and returns are not accepted for minor imperfections.
We take great care to ensure items are accurately measured, described and photographed so you can make an informed purchasing decision. We encourage you to double check measurements and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
Please note, colors may vary on different computers. If color shade is a primary concern, please contact us prior to purchase.
Shipping.
All domestic packages are shipped with tracking & international packages are mailed First-class International mail or Priority Mail (upon request) & both are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. We suggest you purchase insurance and/or opt for signature confirmation on items over $100 USD.
I only charge for actual postage costs and do refund if I have overestimated these. Please contact me to discuss insurance, express options, and costs for urgent orders.
If the item is undeliverable and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the resending costs.
