4 out of 5 starsThere's nothing wrong with the item itself; it's very high quality. However, I'm a bit disappointed with how long it took. I ordered on December 10th, 2025, and even sent a message asking if it might arrive by Christmas. The reply was that they were doing their best but couldn't promise anything, which is perfectly understandable. But the fact that the item only arrived yesterday struck me as a very long time.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality of the pacifier chain is good and meets expectations, and customer service was friendly. However, the delivery time was significantly longer than stated. The order was marked as "shipped," even though the tracking information initially showed no valid shipment. Only after inquiring was I informed that shipping had been delayed due to illness and that the item would be sent that day. They also promised to send the updated tracking number automatically. However, I didn't receive this information on my own, so I had to inquire again. The delay is understandable, but earlier and more transparent communication would have been appreciated. Since it was a baby gift, the late delivery was particularly frustrating and disappointing.
