All personal data collected by this shop is received via your purchase transaction on Etsy. By creating an order on Etsy you have given your consent to this data being provided to me. Your name, address and payment information is used so we can send your goods to you.
Nature Made UK do not send out marketing information to any prospective customers however we may contact you for your feedback, relating directly to the goods we sell.
Nature Made UK will not share your personal information with anyone else except where legal process requires it.
Where available we may download reports from Etsy which contain customers' names and addresses to allow financial reporting, compliance with terms and policies and to address any technical or security issues.
This information is held on Excel spreadsheets and saved in a password protected computer. Etsy apps allow access to your information on phones however the Etsy shop is password protected and only the shop owners have this information.
Nature Made will only share your information with others where it relies on them to fulfill services to the shop. These service providers are trusted and aware of their responsibilities regards data protection and only necessary data will be shared with them.
Customer personal data will be held for 6 years (plus current year) while Nature Made UK still trades (including any transfer of business).
You may have access to and receive a copy of all personal information I hold about you, using the contact information on the shop page.
You can object to me processing some of your information based on my legitimate interests.
You have rights to restrict my use of, or delete your personal information, except where I am required to store data for legal reasons.
