Practical tools to heal after narcissistic abuse
I started HealAfterNarc after years of studying and working directly with survivors of narcissistic abuse. I kept noticing the same problem: people leave (or are still trapped in) manipulative relationships, and they're handed vague advice like "just heal" or "set boundaries" — with no actual roadmap for how.
So I built one.
Every workbook, worksheet, and guide in this shop is designed around what survivors actually go through — the trauma bonding, the self-doubt, the confusion of loving someone who hurt you, the fear of leaving when you're not ready yet. Nothing here is generic. It's built from real patterns I've seen work with real people.
This isn't a replacement for therapy. It's the practical, step-by-step support that fills the gap between "I know something is wrong" and "I know what to do about it."
If you're here, you're already doing the hardest part — questioning what you were told to accept. I'm glad you found this.
