All items are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel2Go. If a tracking number was provided you can see the status of your parcel at any time by entering your tracking number at

It takes 25 working days before an item is classified as lost by Royal Mail. If after that time your item has still not arrived as indicated by the tracking details, the buyer must make a claim with Royal Mail for the lost items value. Please contact me if you need further information on how to do this. I can also supply copies of proof of postage if needed

Da alle Artikel auf Bestellung handgefertigt werden, kann ich leider keine Rückerstattung anbieten, wenn ein Käufer seinen Artikel nicht abholt. Wenn ich innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Rücksendung des Artikels an mich kontaktiert werde, werde ich ihn auf Kosten der ursprünglichen Portogebühr zuzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von £ 2,00 erneut posten.

Unfortunately, as all items are handmade to order, I am unable to offer a refund if a buyer fails to collect their item. If I am contacted within 7 working days of the item being returned to me, I will repost it at the cost of the original postage fee plus a £2.00 handling charge.

I offer refunds for items that are in their original, unused conditions. The policies are as follows:

- You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item

- You return the item to me within 14 days of receiving your item.

- Upon receipt of the item, I will refund you for the value paid minus the postage price.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for custom or digital items.
