When will I receive my order?

Each order is specially handmade for every customer. Because of the nature of this process, it takes 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for an order to be made and shipped out via USPS.

Can my order be rushed?

Although the turn-around time remains the same (3 business days to make and ship out an order) you can upgrade from USPS First Class Mail to USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. This can be done during the checkout process for an additional $3.55.

Are there different sizes available?

Most listings have sizing options available that you can choose from. If the die cut you're interested in does not have this option, simply contact us and we can create a custom listing just for you.

Can I have more than one color?

Each set of 25 can have up to 2 colors. If you order two sets of 25, you can choose 4 colors, and so on. Simply write a note in the "note to seller" section during the checkout process of which colors you would like your die cuts in.

How do you price your paper cut outs?

Each shape has its own price-per-inch. This is determined by how many pieces fit on our sheets of card stock.

We also factor in time for design, cutting and packaging, materials, wear on blades, cutting mats and machines, Etsy and credit card processing fees, and trips to the post office. We strive to deliver quality handmade pieces that you will be absolutely happy with :)
