I ship within 3 working days upon confirmed payment and your order will arrive at your doorstep within 4 to 21 working days of shipping depending on the country of delivery.

In case your parcel has not arrived within the time specified for your country, counted from the date of shipment, please contact me so I can find out the reason for the delay.
Standard shipping is registered and tracked. I will send you the tracking code that will allow you to track your shipment.

Your purchase will be carefully packed, so no damage can occur. I dispatch my dolls securely packaged in bubble wrap, airbags for packaging, gift tissue paper and a cardboard box.

Standard Shipping does not cover for loss or damage during shipping. In the unlikely event a parcel gets lost or damaged during Standard Shipping, Horka Dolls cannot be held responsible for damages.

Horka Dolls are not toys and are not intended for children.
Keep them away from water, direct sunlight and fire.
Pieces can be carefully dusted with a dry clean cloth.
