I see you are based in the UK - I live in the USA, does that pose any problems?
We sell the majority of our mats to customers in the USA, so please don't worry - there are no customs fees to pay and delivery is usually made 3-6 working days after dispatch on a fully tracked service. This can be a bit slower from time to time, so please be aware it is coming from the UK and we thank you for being that extra little bit patient. It'll be worth it, we promise! :c) Canadian shoppers may find that import fees apply.
Custom and personalized orders
Please click through to one of our 'your custom wood sign' listings, where you will be able to check a list of fonts - in the personalization field, near the add to cart button, you will be able to give us instructions on how you'd like your woodsign to look. Drafts are sent for approval if requested, otherwise our fantastic designers will realise your concept for you.
Sizing details
Our wood signs come in 3 different shapes and sizes. 5.5 x 20 inches, 4.75 x 15 inches and 7.8 x 7.8 inches.
How thick are your wooden signs?
All our wooden signs are 1 inch/2.5cm thick.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship pretty much worldwide. So if you're really not sure, please get in touch.
Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs because every item is handmade to order specifically for you. If for some reason, there is an error/mistake on your design or the mat is damaged during shipping please reach out to us so we can resolve. Please double check your order and notify us immediately if you need to make any changes to the design.
