How do I download my files?
After purchase, your files will be available for download through Etsy. Simply go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, find your order and download the PDF. The PDF file It contains the link to the Google Drive folder. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send a download link to your email.
Please note that digital downloads are not accessible through the app. You need to use a computer or your mobile browser to access the files.
What file types are included?
My shop offers PNG, SVG, seamless patterns, and clipart. Each listing specifies the file types included, so please check the description before purchasing. If you need a different file format, feel free to contact me.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
Yes! My designs come with personal and commercial use license. You can use them for physical products (shirts, mugs, tumblers, etc.) or part of a digital design that you create or POD. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original files as-is. Please check my shop policies for full details.
Do you accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your files, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you.
