Can I change the address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the address but only if the order has not yet been processed, since at the time it is processed an automatic order will be sent for its production.

Keep in mind that the order processing period is usually between 2-4 h.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it is not the size you ordered, meaning it was incorrectly labeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
