What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item in our store is custom-printed just for you upon ordering, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please message us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly rush a free replacement to you immediately! There is no refunds on digital items.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move quickly to get your items into production! Because our printing process is automated, we can only accept order cancellations or changes (like address or size updates) within 1 hour of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address and size selections before completing checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Each item is forged fresh off the press just for you. Our standard production time is 2 to 5 business days. Once printed, shipping within the US typically takes an additional 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our printing facility.
Custom and personalized orders
Detailed sizing charts are provided in the photo slides of every apparel listing. Because we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, we highly recommend taking your favorite fitting shirt at home, measuring it flat from armpit to armpit, and comparing it to our size chart to find your perfect fit.
My tracking says delivered, but it’s not here. What should I do?
Sometimes postal carriers scan packages early or drop them in a neighboring spot. Please wait 24 hours to see if it arrives, and check with neighbors or your local post office. Juniper Foundry is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, but please message us if you need help looking into it.
Care Instructions: How do I wash my apparel?
To keep your graphic tees looking vibrant and lasting a lifetime, turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
