Płatność
I accept both Paypal and Credit Card (via Etsy) payments. If you wish to reserve an item them just convo me. I will reserve an item for 48 hours. If you wish to reserve it beyond then, a deposit of 25% will be needed.
Wysyłka
I endeavour to post all items out within 3 days of receiving payment. If you are looking for an item super quick - then please do just convo me.
I am not responsible for any customs or VAT charges. The buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges. I will always put an accurate costing and description on all custom declarations I am responsible for making.
UK Postage - all items are sent 2nd class unless otherwise stated or requested. If the item is heavier I used Collect + as they are the most economical - and again I send the item via their Economy Service unless otherwise requested.
International Postage - I always try to use the most economical service where possible. This will be Royal Mail for smaller items and various courier companies for larger/heavier items.
To keep shipping costs economical - prices have increased dramatically from the UK - I send most items with only the minimum insurance level. However, I do always obtain a certificate of proof of postage. This means that should items be lost in the post - unless I can get compensation for the full loss I will be unable to refund your purchase.
Should you require Insurance and tracking and/or signing for international shipping then please do just convo me and I can give you another postage costing.
Please be aware shippings costs do also include costs towards packaging supplies.
