Do you sell any physical products?
No, only digital products are sold on my store.
Why hasn't my digital order arrived?
Digital items are not automatically emailed to you, and are not accessible via the app. To access any digital items, you must log into your Etsy account via a web browser page (on mobile or computer) and go to your Purchases list to access.
Do your patterns have any visual guides?
Yes, all patterns come with a full video tutorial to follow while going through the PDF instructions.
What if I have trouble accessing the file or the video link?
Sometimes there are cache issues on computer or mobile devices. If this happens, please reach out and I will be more than happy to email through the PDF and link to the video.
