I ordered a custom piece and the seller was outstanding to work with. She was very responsive and prompt and got my custom item shipped super quickly. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and showed her pictures. She was truly apologetic and offered me an entirely new piece or a complete refund. Thankfully, my husband is pretty handy and was able to fix it! But the seller still gave me a partial refund for the trouble (which wasn't even her fault). It is difficult to find great customer service these days, but I'm truly impressed by the way this was handled! I can't wait to see the beautiful piece hanging in my daughter'/ room!
