Het begon met een verbrande broekzak.

Ik droeg mijn EDC-zaklamp op een gewone dag toen hij per ongeluk op volle sterkte schakelde – pal tegen mijn been. Dat ongemakkelijke moment veranderde in een obsessie. Ik begon te zoeken naar riemclips voor zaklampen, in de hoop dat iemand dit probleem al had opgelost. Wat ik vond was teleurstellend: alles wat op de markt was, was onhandig, lomp, zwaar of gewoonweg lelijk. Dikke metalen clips die meer gewicht toevoegden dan de zaklamp zelf. Plastic holsters die rammelden. Universele bevestigingen die nergens perfect op pasten.

Niets ervan voldeed. Dus besloot ik mijn eigen ontwerp te maken.

Ik heb altijd al een passie gehad voor 3D-ontwerp en ik had toegang tot een 3D-printer, dus ben ik helemaal opnieuw begonnen. Mijn doel was simpel: een clip die onzichtbaar is aan je riem. Zo slank dat je vergeet dat hij er is. Sterk genoeg dat je zaklamp er nooit af zal vallen. Functioneel genoeg zodat je hem moeiteloos kunt pakken en weer opbergen. En licht genoeg dat hij nauwelijks iets toevoegt aan het toch al lichte gewicht van de zaklamp.

Het eerste ontwerp was ruw. Het tweede was beter. Na de tiende versie had ik iets waar ik echt trots op was: een clip die perfect op mijn zaklamp paste, alsof hij ervoor gemaakt was. En dat was hij ook.

Dat is de filosofie achter elk product in deze winkel: ontworpen voor een specifiek model, niet afgeleid van een algemeen sjabloon. Wanneer u een clip koopt voor uw OLight S2R, is deze speciaal ontworpen voor de OLight S2R — de exacte diameter, de exacte positie van de clip, het exacte balanspunt. Geen clip die min of meer op de meeste lampen van dat formaat past. Een clip die perfect op uw lamp past.

Na verloop van tijd groeide het assortiment. Ik ontwierp clips voor OLight, Nitecore, TrustFire en andere premium EDC-merken. Daarna kwamen er bevestigingssystemen voor pepperspraybussen en rookgranaten – dezelfde filosofie toegepast op tactische draaguitrusting. Polshouders. Systemen met meerdere draagposities. Als iets de moeite waard is om elke dag mee te nemen, is het de moeite waard om het goed te dragen.

Elk product dat ik verkoop, draag ik zelf. Mijn eigen uitrusting is de testbank. Als een clip mijn dagelijkse gebruik niet overleeft, komt hij niet in de winkel. Kwaliteit en een perfecte pasvorm zijn mijn hoogste prioriteiten – niet alleen als verkoper, maar ook als iemand die op deze uitrusting vertrouwt en weet hoeveel sommige van deze EDC-items kosten.

Ik bied de originele 3D-ontwerpbestanden ook aan als digitale downloads, zodat je ze direct kunt printen als je een eigen printer hebt. Elk STL-bestand is hetzelfde ontwerp dat ik voor de productie gebruik – geen vereenvoudigde of mindere versie.

Een groeiend aantal producten wordt nu rechtstreeks vanuit de Verenigde Staten verzonden, met snelle binnenlandse levering binnen 2 tot 3 dagen via USPS Priority Mail. Het volledige productassortiment wordt vanuit Duitsland verzonden met traceerbare internationale verzending. Bij elke productvermelding staat duidelijk aangegeven vanuit welke locatie het product wordt verzonden.

En als je een idee hebt — een zaklampmodel dat ik nog niet heb behandeld, een draagconfiguratie waar je naar op zoek bent, een aanpassing aan een bestaand ontwerp — neem dan gerust contact met me op. It started with a burned pocket.

I was carrying my EDC flashlight on a regular day when it accidentally switched to full power mode — right against my leg. That moment of discomfort turned into an obsession. I started researching belt clips for flashlights, hoping someone had already solved this problem. What I found was disappointing: everything on the market was clumsy, bulky, heavy, or just plain ugly. Thick metal clips that added more weight than the flashlight itself. Plastic holsters that rattled. Universal mounts that fit nothing perfectly.

None of it was good enough. So I decided to design my own.

I have always loved 3D design, and I had access to a 3D printer, so I started from scratch. My goal was simple: a clip that disappears on your belt. Slim enough that you forget it is there. Strong enough that your flashlight never will. Functional enough that drawing and re-holstering is effortless. And light enough that it adds almost nothing to the carry weight of an already lightweight light.

The first design was rough. The second was better. By the tenth iteration, I had something I was genuinely proud of — a clip that fit my specific flashlight like it was made for it. Because it was.

That is the philosophy behind every product in this shop: designed for a specific model, not adapted from a generic template. When you buy a clip for your OLight S2R, it was engineered for the OLight S2R — the exact diameter, the exact pocket clip position, the exact balance point. Not a clip that sort of fits most lights in that size range. A clip that fits yours.

Over time, the lineup grew. I designed clips for OLight, Nitecore, TrustFire, and other premium EDC brands. Then came mounts for pepper spray canisters and smoke grenades — the same philosophy applied to tactical carry gear. Wrist carriers. Multi-position rigs. If it is worth carrying every day, it is worth carrying right.

Every product I sell, I wear myself. My own gear is the test bench. If a clip does not survive my daily use, it does not reach the store. Quality and precise fit are my highest priorities — not just as a seller, but as someone who relies on this gear and knows how much some of these EDC pieces cost.

I also offer the original 3D design files as digital downloads, so if you have your own printer at home, you can print directly. Every STL file is the same design I use for production — no simplified or degraded version.
