Bij Labyrinth vindt u handgemaakte lampen en diverse handige spullen om uw huis of kantoor mee te decoreren, gemaakt van koper, gecombineerd met cement, marmer, touw, hout, drijfhout, zand en gerecyclede materialen.
Ook sieraden van koper, messing, alpaca en zilver, gecombineerd met halfedelstenen, natuurlijke parels en kristallen.

Vergeet niet dat ik in Griekenland woon en dat we vanuit Griekenland verzenden. Het kan 5-6 dagen langer duren dan andere aankopen die u hebt gedaan bij verkopers in de VS. Ook kan het meer kosten voor verzending dan een normale postzending vanuit de VS. Controleer de verzendkosten per aanbieding.

Vergeet niet uw telefoonnummer en e-mailadres in te vullen. Deze zijn nodig voor verwerking bij de postdiensten.

Betaling
- Ik accepteer alleen betalingen via PayPal. Je hoeft geen PayPal-account te hebben om het systeem te gebruiken om te betalen met een creditcard of e-cheque. PayPal fungeert als de creditcardverwerker voor alle Etsy-bestellingen.
- Betaling dient binnen 3 dagen te geschieden. Als u uw bestelling niet binnen drie dagen betaalt, behoud ik mij het recht voor om de verkoop te annuleren. Ik accepteer geen betalingen in termijnen.
- Zorg ervoor dat u de link in uw Etsy-bestelling volgt naar de Paypal-site om uw transactie te voltooien. Uw bestelling is pas dan voltooid. U ontvangt een e-mail van Paypal waarin wordt bevestigd dat uw betaling is gedaan.

Laat het me weten als u problemen ondervindt bij het verwerken van uw betaling. Communicatie wordt zeer op prijs gesteld!
Verzending

- Ik bied First Class Registered Mail aan via de Hellenic Post op alle aankopen. Het is de veiligste en goedkoopste methode die ik kan gebruiken. In sommige landen is ID vereist om het pakket te ontvangen. Als het u niet binnen 3 weken bereikt (verkeerd adres, niet opgehaald etc.), komt het uiteindelijk bij mij terug.
- Ik combineer verzendingen, maar ik moet eerst het totale gewicht berekenen. Neem contact met mij op voor een nauwkeurige offerte.
- Ik verzend 2 keer per week - dinsdag en vrijdag. Als je iets snel nodig hebt, laat het me dan weten na aankoop en ik stuur het zo snel mogelijk op.
- Ik bied Express-verzending aan, zodat uw pakket sneller bij u wordt afgeleverd!
- Ik verzend overal naartoe, maar houd er rekening mee dat eventuele douanekosten, invoerrechten en toepasselijke belastingen op internationale aankopen uitsluitend de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper zijn.
- Ik verzend naar het adres dat je bij je Etsy-bestelling hebt opgegeven.
- Ik kan uw artikel als cadeau voor u versturen en zal een cadeaubon bij de bestelling voegen. Geef dit aan in het vakje "bericht aan verkoper" tijdens het afrekenproces op Etsy.
- Nadat ik het pakket heb verzonden, neem ik contact met u op om u het registratienummer door te geven, zodat u uw pakket kunt volgen.
Restituties en ruilingen
Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, neem dan eerst contact met mij op om het probleem op te lossen. Ik accepteer retourzendingen, mits het verzoek binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het artikel wordt ingediend. Ik kan u een retourformulier verstrekken. De terugbetaling vindt plaats zodra er een bewijs van retourzending naar mij is, anders wordt de terugbetaling gedaan zodra ik het artikel heb ontvangen. Ik zal het totale aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terugbetalen.

Retourneer het artikel ongedragen en in de originele verpakking. Als u de originele verpakking niet meer hebt, dient u het artikel zorgvuldig te verpakken om een veilige levering te garanderen.
De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper. De kosten voor retourzending worden niet terugbetaald.

Op maat gemaakte artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of terugbetaald.
Artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd indien de retourtermijn van 14 dagen wordt overschreden.

Payment
- I accept payment via paypal only. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or echeck. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.
- Payment is due within 3 days. If you do not pay for your order within three days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. I don’t accept payment in installments.
- Be sure to follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction. Your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.

Shipping
Please don’t forget that I live in Greece and I will ship from Greece. It might take 2-3 days more than other purchases that you have done from USA based sellers. Also it might require more money for shipping than a usual mail from the USA. Check the shipping rates per listing.

- I offer First Class Registered Mail by the Hellenic Post on all purchases. It is the safest and the cheapest method that I can use. In some countries ID is required to get the parcel. In case it doesn’t reach you within 3 weeks (wrong address, unclaimed etc) it will come back to me eventually.
- I do combine shipping but I have to calculate the total weight first. Contact me to get an accurate quote.
- I ship 2 times a week - Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need something in a rush just let me know after purchase and I'll mail it as soon as possible.
- I do offer Express shipping to get your package to you faster!
- I will ship anywhere, but please note any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- I will ship to the address specified in your Etsy order.
- I can send your item as a gift for you and will include a gift note with the order. Please specify this in the "message to seller" box during the Etsy checkout process.
- After I sent the package I will contact you to give you the registration number so that you can track your parcel.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact me first to resolve the issue. I accept returns provided the request is made within 14 days after receiving the item. I can provide you with a return form. Refund will be made once there is proof of return shipping to me, otherwise it will be made once I receive the item. I will refund the total amount of purchase including shipping costs.

Please return the item unworn and in its original packaging, if you do not have the original packaging item should be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable.

Custom made items cannot be returned & refunded.
Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.
