Our latest series of signs now allow the customer to unplug and replace sequence modules themselves eliminating the need to return the sign to our workshop should this component in the unlikely event fail

We carefully pack everything and double box the sign covering it in bubble wrap supported in pillow pack where necessary for its long journey from Australia
Rest assure have been doing this now for over 4 years with very minimal damage

Our signs are made from heavy duty masonite wood high impact commercial grade sign grade Perspex plastics
which won't yellow or craze being very durable (Not intended for direct outdoor use)

Fitted with rigid perspex 2 - 4mm non removable lens

All metallic paint and airbrushed chrome are applied to the inside of the sign which gives the finish depth and durability

Woodgrain brushed aluminum and other hammered tone finishes are that of a quality car wrap which is externally heat formed and bonded resulting in a very durable surface

Signs external surfaces can be cleaned with soapy water or isopropyl if required to remove tape gum DO NOT use thinner acetone or other aggressive spirit based cleaners

1 / Check that the power plug is plugged into the back of the sign correctly Also try rotating the plug end half a turn to ensure proper power connection this can sometimes help if in a humid environment

2 / Check the Battery in the remote is ok
by verifying the status lamp at the end of the remote is pulsing a bright red when any button is pushed

3 / Re-Prompt and initialise or pair the module in the sign with the remote again by pushing momentarily both the - + SPEED buttons for 2 seconds
This will prompt the sign to pulse rapidly for a few seconds which confirms the remote and module have paired and are working

however we can supply you with a 9v battery converter plug no charge that allows you to power it from a small rechargeable lithium 9v battery for stage use etc SEARCH on eBay for "9V battery plug adapter"

Yes you may use extension leads up to 10ft long These can be purchased from eBay sellers and are described as a "security camera 12v power cable" The plug end is a 5.5x2.1mm type The lead gender needed to work between the sign and the wall plug adapter is a MALE plug one end and FEMALE plug the other

Materials used in our signs are allergy and odour free unlike oil solvent based paints varnishes used in some of our other competitors products

All our sign products are hand made in our home workshop using laser engraving thermoforming plotting and printing machines along with other shop jigs such as roller clamping jigging devices
