星 5 個のうち 5 個The actual size of the model is too small. Need to scale at least 5 times to get a decent size. Even after enabled support, still getting error messages. Contacted the seller and she responded fast with rectified solution.

Yes, Littlepolygons accepts custom and personalized STL design requests. If you would like a planter in a specific size, shape, style, or with personalized text, please contact me through Etsy Messages before placing your order. Include the required dimensions and design details. I will confirm the price, estimated completion time, and file format after reviewing your request.
Sizing details
The original dimensions of each 3D model are provided in the product description or listing images. As this is a digital STL file, you may resize the model using your preferred slicing software before printing. Please note that significant scaling may affect wall thickness, drainage holes, structural strength, and overall print quality. Always review the model dimensions and slicer settings before starting your print. If you require a specific size or need assistance, please contact Littlepolygons through Etsy Messages before purchasing.
Care instructions
Littlepolygons provides digital STL files only; no physical product is included. Care requirements for the finished planter will depend on the filament and print settings used. Clean the printed item gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals, excessive heat, and prolonged direct sunlight unless your chosen material is suitable for those conditions. For use with live plants, check that the print is watertight and use an inner pot or suitable sealant if necessary. Always place a protective tray beneath the planter to prevent water damage.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Littlepolygons sells digital STL files only. No physical product will be shipped; therefore, gift wrapping and physical packaging are not available. After Etsy confirms payment, the purchased files will be available for download through the buyer’s Etsy account. If you are purchasing a design as a gift, please ensure that the recipient has access to compatible slicing software and a suitable 3D printer.
Wholesale availability
Littlepolygons sells digital STL files and does not currently offer wholesale physical products. Standard purchases are licensed for personal use only unless commercial rights are expressly included in the individual listing. Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or uploaded to any other platform. If you are interested in a commercial license to sell physical 3D prints made from our designs, please contact Littlepolygons through Etsy Messages before purchasing to discuss availability and licensing terms.
How do I download my digital files?
After Etsy confirms your payment, your files will be available under Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files. Etsy generally does not support digital downloads through its mobile app, so please use a desktop computer or your device’s web browser. If you purchased as a guest, Etsy will send a download link to the email address used during checkout. If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact Littlepolygons through Etsy Messages with your order number.
