4 out of 5 starsI am having a hard time with this rating because the pattern itself is kind of glitchy - lots of little mistakes in counts, etc. Although nothing in the pattern is unusually hard and some explanations in the pattern are excellent, there are also places that I had to do a lot of fiddling around. That said, I am ECSTATIC with how it turned out so clearly there is something very good in this pattern. The friend who received the crown as a gift loved it and her co-workers were almost as excited as she was. So if you are an experienced crocheter who is good at figuring out how something should be I would 100% recommend this pattern. If you are a beginner or need the instructions to be perfect, this might be a challenge. But GRACIOUS I’m thrilled with how it turned out!

5 out of 5 starsI haven't made this yet, however I just watched the 1st video tutorial, and this is absolutely doable with the video explaining the instructions. Without the video(s), this would be quite challenging to understand, as there are no photos with the instructions that I could see on 1st glance. Very beautiful wings pattern, look forward to applying it to my project. Freeform patterns are so hard to explain properly without either clear step by step photos, or in this case, a video going step by step. Watch the video first! And then begin:)
