MatriceTech

Wow, have nothing but top tier positive things to say about Matrice technologies. Seller is very responsive, answered all questions and messages about the Macropad. Worked with me for a custom case that I wanted in the color black to match my laptop. Build quality is nice and lightweight. Keys feel very Clicky. Fast shipping. Overall, im very pleased, and will buy from this seller again if needed. Shop with confidence!

Wow, I LOVE this board! Matrice has excellent customer service - I contacted them as soon as I purchased to ask if they could flash a numpad-like layout on my pad, which they happily did. The board shipped and arrived even earlier than I was expecting. It's gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. Their willingness to flash the board means I don't have to fuss around with qmk until I decide I want a different layout. Thanks for the great experience and product Matrice!

I really enjoyed this Matrice Pad, they shipped very quickly, gave me everything I needed, and it works great! Also I absolutely love the tiger design included on the base plate. Cannot reccomend these products enough, I may buy more!

Ik was erg blij met de bouwset! Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten, onderdelen van goede kwaliteit.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. But, for a premium $100+ macro pad, I would have liked to see some foam and some type of gasket mount. The board feels very rigid in the case. The clear coat on the wood finish also leaves a bit to be desired. It’s very runny and you can see the brush strokes. I also notice not all switches are the same height when mounted to the board. An awesome product but room for improvements and higher quality control. EDIT*: My original review was 4-stars (see above). Matrice sent me a message within a few hours seeking to resolve my issues. And they did! They promptly shipped out a new unit to get my taken care of. This company is 10/10. Do not hesitate.

This was a gift for my son. He was very excited to receive it. He has yet to assemble it. It was packaged well and came with clear instructions.

Super friendly, super helpful. High quality product with tonds of attention to detail and public documentation. Im looking forward to what else this shop will have in store!

The custom resin job looks great. I received my keyboard in a few days after ordering g; no issues with shipping. Customer service is good too. Fast responses to questions.

Great product and service. I needed an additional keyboard and this was perfect. Could customize the colors and keys to my preferences. Well built and shipped fast.
