Why don’t you accept returns or exchanges?
My shop is a small, one-person business, and all of my items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, returns and exchanges can be financially challenging for a small business like mine. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
How can I be sure that the product will fit me the way I want?
By checking the size chart in the listing, it’s very easy to figure this out. But if you still have any questions, feel free to ask me.
I like your design, but I couldn’t find the color/size/product I want for the product in your listing. What can you do about this?
