This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase a digital item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

• Payment information (I do not receive your full payment details; Etsy processes payments)

I do not use, store, or request any additional personal information outside of what Etsy provides to me during your purchase.

I share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Compliance with laws. I may disclose your information if required to respond to legal or government requests, prevent fraud, or protect my rights and customers’ safety.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party companies for marketing or any unrelated purposes.

I retain your information only as long as necessary:

In general, I keep order records for 4 years.

Any transfers of personal data outside the EU are managed through Etsy, which provides the legal basis for these transfers. I do not independently transfer your data outside of Etsy’s platform.
