We always follow the customer’s chosen measurements to ensure accuracy. However, I understand that fit and length can feel different depending on height and personal preference, and I’m really sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations. We also offer custom sizing to ensure a perfect fit, and I would be happy to assist you with that in the future. Regarding shipping, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
