Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical item?
No. These are instant digital downloads. Nothing is posted to you. After payment, Etsy gives you the files under Purchases and Reviews and by email.
What software do I need to edit the templates?
The templates are editable in Microsoft Word. Google Docs can also open them, but the layout may shift, so Word is recommended. Booklets and packs are provided as PDF only where the listing says PDF; check each listing's description for its exact file types. Paper sizes are A4 and US Letter.
Can I change the wording, fonts and photos?
Yes. Names, dates, readings, photos and fonts can all be edited in the editable templates. The poems and readings are classic public-domain texts, copied word for word from early printed editions.
Can I print as many copies as I need?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own event. Please don't resell or share the files.
I can't open my file / something looks wrong. What should I do?
Send us a message through Etsy and we'll help, usually within 24 hours. Most problems are fixed by downloading on a computer instead of the Etsy app, or by opening the file in Google Docs.
