Shipping Questions
We send the package with the Ukrainian postal service. All packages are sent via airmail with tracking number. We are not responsible for the operation of postal services and their employees (Ukrainian and your national postal service, which delivers packages to your country). If the parcel is damaged during the delivery process, please do not pick up the parcel without writing a statement to the postal service and taking a picture of it. We ask you to have patience and understanding, because we cannot influence the speed of delivery. But we can help you, and if you need it, we can contact the post office and keep you updated on the current location of your parcel. We will wait together and respect each other! Thank!
Time of delivery.
International orders are shipped via tracked post and shipping times are approximately 3-8 weeks. Please note that delivery may take longer, I can no longer guarantee any delivery times. Tracking numbers are sent via the shipping notification once a order has been posted
All vintage items!
All vintage items are second hand and therefore are in 'used' condition. And due to the nature of vintage items, they are normally very old and often have small flaws from previous owners. I do my best to note any major flaws. There maybe some small or minor flaws not described which are to be expected with items of age.
I accept returns
If a item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of parcel arriving. You will need to send at least two clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging as evidence before a refund is given.
Returns, exchanges
For international returns from outside the Ukraina please mark your parcel "RETURNED GOODS Value £0". You will need to make sure that you use the correct forms for your country for returning goods to overseas destinations. I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to claim those yourself, so please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes. If there is any custom, tax or postage charges caused by your return of goods, I will deduct the cost of those charges from your refund. Goods must be returned in the exact condition they were sent.
Returns, exchanges
Any damage will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is returned broken then no refund I'll be given.
I cannot be held responsible for any returned items that get lost in the post. Please ensure the item is returned by signed for/Tracked post as a refund cannot be given until the item has been received back to me.
