When will my item be dispatched?

Our processing time is 1–3 working days.

Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the following morning. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the day after that, excluding weekends.

Please note: orders are marked as dispatched on the final processing day, even if they have already been posted. This helps ensure delivery estimates remain as accurate as possible, as delivery dates can update once an order is marked as dispatched.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

YES! All our packaging is eco-friendly. Everything we send out is made out of mixed FSC paper and cardboard. Even our parcel tape is made out of paper and is 100% recyclable.
Greeting cards are sent out in a plant based biodegradable sleeve for protection.

What are my delivery options?

All items are dispatched using Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) by default. This service typically takes 2–5 working days to arrive.

Please note that Royal Mail no longer delivers 2nd Class post on Saturdays — deliveries now occur on alternate weekdays only.

Delivery Upgrades
You can upgrade your postage at checkout to one of the following services:

- 1st Class: 1–3 working days
- Tracked 48: 2–4 working days
- Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

Additional charges apply for delivery upgrades, and the cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?

You have one hour from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. After this period, your order will likely have entered production.

Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund, as your item is made to order and cannot be resold.

Can I return my item(s)?

No. Items are not eligible for return unless:
The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, or
The item does not match the personalisation details you provided.

Will my parcel arrive on time?

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These estimates may vary from actual delivery times, as they do not always account for Royal Mail’s current delivery schedules, service changes, or unexpected delays. Busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas and other peak occasions, can also result in longer delivery times and should be taken into consideration.

To get the most realistic expectation of when your order may arrive, please consider:

- Our processing time (1–3 working days)
- Royal Mail’s delivery schedule (outlined in each listing)
- The recipient’s location
- Seasonal demand

How long do I have to modify my personalised order?

You have one hour from the time of placing your order to make any changes to the personalisation details. Once the hour has passed, the item(s) enter production, and changes cannot be made, regardless of dispatch status.

If the change is vital, contact us immediately. If the item is still in our possession you can purchase it again using the correct details and we will provide a code to remove the delivery charge.

Please note that it is your responsibility to review and confirm all personalisation details before completing the order. Double-check the information during checkout to avoid issues.

Can I customise my order?

If you leave a note at checkout or in the personalisation field requesting changes that fall outside the scope of the design, please do not assume they will be accepted. We are still obligated to fulfil the order as originally listed, and your item will be made as described — regardless of any additional notes.

If you would like a custom change, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we have the capacity to accommodate your request.

My item didn't arrive on time. Can I have a refund?

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as seasonal demand or courier disruptions.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the stated processing time plus Royal Mail’s expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch so we can check the delivery status.

If Royal Mail confirms the item is still in transit but delayed, we kindly ask that additional time is allowed for delivery. Refunds are not issued while an item is confirmed as being on its way.

If Royal Mail confirms an item is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued. As all cards are personalised and made to order, replacements are not routinely offered.

Why does the delivery upgrade show a different price at checkout?

You may notice that delivery upgrade prices can appear slightly higher when viewed in the basket. This is due to how delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Please be assured that the final delivery price is always shown clearly before you place your order, and the total displayed on the final checkout screen is the correct amount you will be charged.
