Ciao! Mi chiamo April! Faccio l'uncinetto da 18 anni. Sì, sono un po' vecchia 😆 Ho iniziato questo hobby a 12 anni, spinta dalla curiosità di mia nonna. La prima cosa che ho fatto è stata una catenella lunghissima, così lunga che ho finito l'intera matassa 🤣. Ricordo di averla persino portata a scuola e di aver mostrato ai miei compagni di classe quanto velocemente riesco a fare le catenelle (credo di aver già imparato a fare le catenelle a quel tempo) 🤭.
Dopo 4 anni, ho avviato la mia piccola attività e ho venduto centinaia di mini portamonete. Ricordo di averne fatti ordini all'ingrosso per i regali di Natale e di aver persino cucito le cerniere a mano. Mia sorella ne portava alcuni all'università e li vendeva ai suoi compagni di classe e ai suoi scolari.
Dopo anni e anni di uncinetto, lo adoro ancora e penso che continuerò a farlo finché non sarò nonna. ♥️
Hi! My name is April! I have been crocheting for 18 years now. Yes, I am a bit old 😆 I started this hobby when I was 12 because of curiosity from my granny. The first thing I made was a loooooong chain, so long that I finished the whole skein 🤣. I remember I even brought it to school and shown my classmates how fast I can do the chains (I think I already mastered chaining by that time) 🤭.
After 4 years, I started my small business and sold hundreds of mini coin purses. I remember making bulk orders for Christmas giveaways, and I even sew the zippers with my hand. My sister would bring some to her college and sell them to her classmates and trachers.
After years and years of crocheting, I still love it, and I think I'll be doing this until I'm a granny. ♥️
