Wow! This wonderful creator made me the most beautiful personalised cap for my Dad. I sent her two photos of his beloved dogs and she created their images perfectly in embroidery. We tweaked her designs together until they were spot on. She could not have been more helpful and the final result is just perfect. In no time at all, despite my item coming to the UK from France, it was here and there is no doubting who those lovely little faces are in this cap. My Dad is 80 shortly and I can’t wait to see his face when he opens this gift from his fur babies. I know he is going to love and cherish it and wear it every day. I’m so grateful I came across this brilliantly talented craftsperson on Etsy. I cannot recommend her enough. She is brilliant, patient, gifted and so kind. Thank you! Definitely a ten out of ten!

The sweater is good quality and the customer service is excellent and attentive. However, I find that the colors shown digitally are much more contrasting and lighter than the colors in the real embroidery, giving it more of a patchwork look. But the person who received the gift was happy, so that's all that matters 😁
