All products in this shop are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

After purchase, your files will be available for download through your Etsy account. If your order includes a Canva, Figma, Framer, Notion, Google Sheets, or other template link, access instructions will be included in the downloaded PDF file.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files are available for download or the template access link has been provided.

If you experience an issue with your download or template access, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

LICENSE & USAGE
Your purchase includes a personal and small business use license.

You may use the purchased templates, files, and digital assets for your own personal projects, your own business, or your own client-facing final designs.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, transfer, give away, or claim the original files, templates, layouts, or editable source files as your own.

You may not sell the purchased files as-is or include them in another template bundle, digital product, membership, course, or marketplace listing.

TEMPLATE EDITING
Templates are sold as editable digital files. Basic knowledge of the required platform may be needed, such as Canva, Figma, Framer, Notion, Google Sheets, or PDF editing tools.

Customization, editing services, coding, hosting setup, platform setup, domain connection, or technical website support are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.

DOWNLOAD HELP
Digital downloads are available through your Etsy account after purchase.

Please note that Etsy digital downloads may not be available through the Etsy mobile app. To access your files, log in to Etsy using a web browser and go to Purchases and Reviews.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design files. You receive a license to use the product according to the terms listed in this policy and the product description.
