Such a shame that the seller lies about it being shipped, and then miraculously ships it when you say you’re going to open a case on Etsy. Other than that, the item itself is nice but I would avoid this seller.

beautiful Paper and quality of the print

This has to be one of the most unique pieces of Tolkien art that I have found. There is simply nothing else close to this print anywhere on the market. It is a fascinating and beautiful architectural image of a downward view thru the ceilings into a furnished Bag End hobbit hole. The art is wonderful quality, the piece is full of beautiful small details to discover. I am most pleased to have this as part of the set of Tolkien art embellishing my home :)
