Quality of the product is great, but they didn't answer my question about when it was going to be shipped, at it wasn't shipped until the very last week it was estimated to arrive.

Not a good buying experience

Such a shame that the seller lies about it being shipped, and then miraculously ships it when you say you’re going to open a case on Etsy. Other than that, the item itself is nice but I would avoid this seller.

As others have said, item never shipped and would not respond to any inquiries. This may be an abandoned account. Etsy had to get involved for a refund. Would avoid.

Long story short: When the other reviews say he doesn't ship and isn't responsive... believe them. Full story: I waited the full month estimated for delivery and never got an update, and never received my print. I reached out to the seller and said how I'd prefer to have it resent, and never got confirmation it was resent, waited another week and asked again for confirmation to no response, and waited again. I lost a grand total of 2 months waiting for this piece, which is an absolute shame because I loved the print. Ended up reporting to etsy and they had auto refund turned on even though I selected to have it resent (I'm guessing because there have been too many complaints for this seller).

Bilbo’s Bag End poster was delivered ahead of schedule. Fantastic piece of art. I had read the negative comments and believe Christmas time delayed mail service. Thank you sir.

*DO NOT BUY* READ OTHER REVIEWS* After 5 weeks of waiting, it turns out the seller never shipped my item and then claimed it was lost in the mail. They didn't respond to any messages. I only got a refund after I told them I'd be opening a case against them. It's a shame because this looks like it would have been a beautiful piece to own. Worst Etsy experience ever.
