5 out of 5 starsThis was a gift for a friend in another country, so I have not seen it. My friend is enjoying it, though! The shop owner was very responsive to questions I had about delayed delivery and offered a very thorough explanation. The delay was not the shop's fault, but I was under the impression the tea set would be shipped from BC to Yukon, Canada, but the set was actually shipped from China, so it took much longer. The shop owner said in the future he would try to make it more clear in his descriptions where the items would be shipped from. I appreciated the shop owner's very prompt replies and honest and courteous responses. I recommend this shop and would order from them again. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsExactly as pictured and described. A very beautiful tea set. So happy I can now enjoy proper tea anywhere, at any time. There was only one issue, and that was packaging. The tea set, while inside its protective travel case, was the only thing in the box. The was no packaging or padding to stop the tea set from being thrown around inside the box during international shipping. This was actually something the delivery driver mentioned when handing over the box. We are both quite surprised with the absence of packing materials. Luckily there was no damage to the tea set. Had the box been dropped at any point, it would have been a completely different outcome.
